What are the plans for Schoenhagen airfield?
Green light for the next expansion of the Schoenhagen Aviation Technology Park: Following the complete occupancy of the first construction phase, an additional 50,000 m² of fully developed space is now available for new companies directly at the airfield. The technology park at Schoenhagen airfield offers modern offices and hangars with direct access to the apron and runway. Already, 45 companies are benefiting from the strong synergies between aviation, research, and development. Future-proof infrastructure (fiber optics, medium and low voltage) and the attractive location south of Berlin – near Potsdam, the Schoenefeld interchange, and BER airport – make the site particularly appealing for new businesses.

Vision for the add-on "EDAZ - Schoenhagen"
Schoenhagen airfield in Microsoft Flight Simulator is being further expanded. Plans include the installation of photovoltaic systems on several hangar roofs, the addition of charging stations for electric aircraft and vehicles, and the construction of additional hangar complexes along the old, inactive runway 12/30.
The expansions will be implemented gradually and in a performance-friendly manner, and are intended to bring the airfield up to date.
